Contracts Manager The candidate will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of domestic and international revenue generating agreements, including agreements with channel partners, with a focus on software licensing, SaaS, confidentiality and services agreements. Will manage and resolve contractual issues for commercial sales deals in accordance with company guidelines and strategy. Provide input and assist in drafting various legal templates and sales training materials to improve the delivery and scalability of legal resources to a worldwide, distributed client base. Proactively communicate issues back to management and drive good business, legal and operational processes throughout the organization. Collaborate and develop a rapport with other contracts managers, sales team and internal business departments. Review contractual aspects of Requests for Proposals/Quotations and Invitations to Bid. BA/BS degree required, preferably in business, paralegal, data privacy, computer science or other related field; J.D.â€™s will also be considered. Should have 10+ years commercial contracts related experience (ideally SaaS and/or enterprise software). Must be expert on reviewing and drafting commercial contract terms, handling a broad range of issues that arise during negotiations (i.e., indemnification, limitation of liability, warranty, confidentiality) and ability to work off of the other partyâ€™s paper. Significant knowledge of MS Office applications required.
