Legal Assistant
The candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the in-house attorneys and paralegals of the Legal group as well as the General Counsel, who is a member of Senior Management team. Proactive calendar management including coordination with other staff on Board and Executive committee meetings. Schedule travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. Assist paralegals with projects with regulatory filings, including prospectuses and compiling materials for Board meetings. Track and keep a record of company contracts, policies and agreements. Prepare documents for various committee meetings. Bachelor's degree required. Must have 5+ years of direct work experience working at a law firm or supporting senior attorneys. Should have experience with document management systems. Must have experience with online expense reporting and travel tools. Should have strong communication skills (verbal and written). Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
