Trademark Administrator
The candidate will support the Intellectual Property Group specifically with Trademark searches, filings and deadlines to mitigate malpractice in the area of trademark prosecution for global trademark portfolios. Will perform preliminary trademark searches and order comprehensive trademark searches. Communicate information to clients regarding new filings and deadlines regarding existing trademarks. Conduct online searches and review client materials to identify proper trademark specimen. Submit trademark related filings with the USPTO and coordinate all documentation for foreign filings - working directly with law firms in foreign countries. Review docket and documentation regarding requirements from USPTO. Correspond with foreign counsel for any trademark needs in other countries. Conduct online investigations to research background, scope of use and contact information for infringement matters. Draft Cease and Desist letters for attorney review. Draft take down Complaints for online search and social media platforms. Draft consent, co-existence and settlement agreements for attorney review. Proof enforcement filings and prepare exhibits in support. Draft basic assignment and license agreements for attorney review. Serve as backup to ensure that the docketing system is updated. Associate's degree is required. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have 2-4 years of office experience with some Trademark experience. Should preferably have 3-5 years of trademark experience.

Give people a chance to get raises instead of bleeding employees every few years when they leave for better pay.

Pros : This firm seems to have everything that you would expect from a decent firm without any real fluff to distract.
Cons : The pay here is merely average and you are better off leaving after a few years to raise your wages as you likely won't ever get a raise.
