Counsel The candidate will provide legal assistance and advice to other company departments. Will specifically provide legal advice and representation on matters of workplace disputes, wrongful terminations, workplace discrimination, wage and hour standards, workers’ compensation, workplace safety, and the FMLA and ADA. Will also have responsibilities usual to general corporate practice, such as drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts, maintaining corporate status of the companies, and developing and implementing special projects with legal ramifications. Requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
