Fellowship The Fellowships provide law students and recent law graduates an invaluable and rewarding opportunity to develop legal expertise and professional networks in the areas of housing, employment, environmental justice, education, health, or civil rights. Will work in the area of LGBTQ Rural Communities, in Particular Immigrants, Low-Wage Workers and Youth. Should demonstrate a strong commitment to working with rural Californians and addressing the primary issues that affect their lives. Should be able to help the program deepen its existing advocacy in immigration, employment, or education. Should preferably also have a strong proposal for a medical-legal partnership that would expand access to wrap around services, including access to affordable, quality health care for transgender individuals, in particular.
