Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 1-5 years’ work experience in a law firm environment, or related professional experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MSWord, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; working knowledge of FileSite document management system is a plus. Proficiency in utilizing the Internet, Adobe Acrobat, U.S. Patent Office Electronic Filing System, EPCT; experience with legal research tools preferred. Knowledge of USPTO rules and procedures. Ability to effectively utilize digital litigation support and electronic document production applications. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks so as to perform essential duties of the position under time constraints and with frequent interruptions. Ability to proofread materials for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors. Ability to work well in high pressure environments. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computer, photocopiers and fax. Must have strong organizational, decision-making skills and problem-solving skills. Must be reliable and a self-starter.
