The candidate will join business immigration law firm. Will Prepare immigration applications and petitions for submission to U.S. government agencies. Correspond and/or meet with clients to gather documents and information and to and to answer questions regarding their visa processes. Use case management system/database, various firm systems, and project management skills to monitor case milestones, follow up with clients, and meet both legal and client-relations deadlines. Organize and maintain case documents, databases, files, and subject-matter resources following the firm’s standard procedures. Exercise meticulous attention to detail to produce error-free forms, correspondence, and related legal work product. Use research skills, broad general knowledge, and superior written communication skills to draft applications and petitions. Apply knowledge of USCIS filing requirements and courier processes to properly assemble applications and petitions and ensure correct and timely filings. Other tasks as required to meet client and firm needs. 0-10 years of experience in business immigration law, PERM / I-140 experience preferred.Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize your workload.Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.Strong writing; ability to communicate effectively and precisely.Incisive analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize your workload.Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.Intermediate MS Office skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
