Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification preferred, with minimum of 2 years business and corporate legal experience. Some real estate experience preferred. Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro. Experience with document intensive cases and strong proficiency working with databases is preferred. Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines is critical. Excellent writing and proofreading skills, high level of professionalism, dependability, initiative and adaptability and strong attention to detail.
