Our  law firm is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of a Legal Assistant / Paralegal. The Legal Assistant / Paralegal will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the law firm including but not limited to: carrying out administrative services, docketing, providing support to the legal team, corresponding with foreign and  local counsel, preparing and filing legal documents to the USPTO, as well as foreign patent offices.  The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong work ethic, exceptional problem solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
