Bilingual Spanish Speaking Paralegal Responsibilities: Front Desk receptionist. Answer phones, greets, and responds. Performing new client intakes in the office and in the field. Opening and maintaining client files. Communicating with clients, insurance companies and medical providers. Drafting demand letters. Filing and verifying balances. Preparing accounting on settled cases. Reviewing and processing mail, faxes, and emails.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Experience handling all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, high degree of professionalism and dependability, strong client service skills, experience using computer applications such as WP, MS Word, Outlook. Fluency in oral and written Spanish and English is required.
