• Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes in favor of clients.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards, statutes, and regulations.
• Perform administrative and managerial tasks to support the effective operation of the legal practice.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Divorce, Family Law, and Criminal law.
• Expertise in legal documentation and court procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to establish strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in New York State.
• Additional certifications in relevant practice areas are a plus.
