Employee Relations and Investigations People Partner The candidate partner with People Partners to ensure that the investigation/complaint process is handled in a fair, timely manner consistent with local requirements. Provide management coordination and guidance for People Partners and managers on reorganizations. Provide advice and counsel to People Partners and managers on general employee relations challenges. Be responsible for the preparation, tracking, and maintenance of critical ER documentation, such as investigations, reorganizations, recommendations, etc. Work with Google Employment Legal and Ethics and Compliance teams to keep abreast of changes to employee policies and document templates. A JD degree in employment law, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Project Management experience is desired. should have BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Must have 7 years of experience in an Employee Relations, Employment Legal or HR Generalist role. Experience working with with employment law principles and conducting and advising on investigations is required.
