Part-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will work directly with 2 attorneys and clients in estate planning and probate work. Some of the job responsibilities may include: Answering phones, client intakes, client correspondence and communication, delivering excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, billing/invoicing, document preparation, internet research, and maintaining client confidentiality. Must have 3+ years of experience working in a law office as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal. Should preferably possess the following desired skills: Positive attitude, politeness and willingness to work with others, ability to work alone and as part of the team, ability to adhere to "clients first" philosophy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Outlook, Word, Adobe and Excel, detail oriented, dependable, and experience with or willingness to learn cloud computing. Experience with Word Perfect is a plus.
