Bloomfield Hills office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 3 years of practice in business transactions and business litigation. The candidate will handle business transactions and business litigation matters. Should have experience representing companies and individuals in diverse business matters, including business start-up and formation, business acquisitions and sales, and commercial real estate transactions. Michigan State Bar License required. Must have current experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and business agreements, including commercial real estate transactions, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements. Experience in state and federal court is required. Should have experience with alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
