Paralegal Candidate will handle preparation of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and beneficiary designations. Must have: College degree or paralegal certificate with legal experience; 1-2 years experience as a Paralegal in the areas of business and/or estates and trusts; experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal communication skills; basic math skills and understanding of financial transactions; Strong interpersonal skills; an ethic of personal service and desire to grow as a professional. Experience in social media marketing is a plus. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, and ability to learn and work in additional computer systems essential, as well as professional phone manner and appearance. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, initiative, and discretion required. Excellent communications skills, both written and in person. Ability to prioritize and work without supervision.
