Overview The Philadelphia office of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP, a rapidly expanding national law firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices, is seeking an Employment Defense Associate with a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience on either the plaintiff or defense side. The ideal candidate should have experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently.

Qualification and Experience Qualifications JD from an ABA accredited Law School with strong academic credentials and on Law Review or Moot Court. Admission to practice law in PA and NJ. 3+ years of employment litigation experience including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour and employment contract cases. Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes. Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Legal
