Overview The Philadelphia office of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP, a rapidly expanding national law firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices, is seeking an Employment Defense Associate with a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience on either the plaintiff or defense side. The ideal candidate should have experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently.
