Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Labor Associate Attorney with extensive experience in California's traditional labor and employment law. Job Duties:

  • Represent clients in arbitrations and unfair labor practice charge cases.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Handle employment litigation and agency charges.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Provide counsel on labor relations and collective bargaining issues.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
  • Develop and implement strategies for labor and employment cases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in California traditional labor and employment law.
  • Active membership in the California Bar.
  • Experience with employment litigation and agency charges.
  • Prior experience with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is a plus.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California Bar.
