The candidate should have 4 year degree from an accredited college or university and a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program. Should have 5+ years of experience. Must have experience in a law firm setting handling all aspects of commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, and loans. Must be highly developed organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Should have ability to keep track of many details at the same time and adapt quickly to changing deadlines. Familiarity with using computers for organizing and maintaining documents is required. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to document and present information to attorneys.
