Transactional Paralegal The candidate will review, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements under the supervision of attorneys, including consulting agreements, nondisclosure agreements, vendor agreements, software license agreements, and event agreements. Will track status of contracts in various stages, ability to work with client business groups to provide them with best information possible. Manage and update contracts database, Conga/Novatus experience preferred. Collaborate and develop relationships with internal business teams and third parties to gather and synthesize information for agreements. Manage special project work. A Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or equivalent is needed. Paralegal certificate is required. Should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in technology, entertainment, gaming or a related field. Excellent MS Office skills, experience in drafting professional communications to a wide variety of audiences is needed.
