Lease Administrator
Duties : Will lead the management of your client’s lease administration real estate portfolio. Will be a thought leader and be able to provide recommendations to drive innovative solutions. Create, review and discuss reports with your clients from multiple lease administration platforms.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements : The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or paralegal, accounting or property management fields having worked in either (or both) the Landlord or Tenant sector. Working experience with database applications such as ProLease, Harbor Flex or Virtual Premise and accounting software such as MRI or Yardi. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field. Must have ability to work in a deadline driven environment. Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
