Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of contract admin/paralegal experience. Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, and electronic signature systems such as DocuSign is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint) is required. Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate tactfully and proactively, are needed. Must have strong attention to detail; ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness. The ability to review and understand IT contracts to spot important issues (e.g., expiration/termination/renewal, confidentiality) is a prerequisite.
