Associate Attorney - Real Estate, Estate Planning and Business Law The candidate will commercial Real Estate Loan Closings (review title, review insurance, work with borrowers, analyze loan documents, close loans with proper signatures). Residential Real Estate Closings. Draft business contracts for corporate clients (master service agreements, shareholders agreements, operating agreements, etc.). Complete Trusts and Estates work by following a checklist provided. Provide Estate Planning legal services. Review and analyze balance sheets and business agreements (business background helpful). Interact with clients are needed. Produces quality drafts of legal documents. Should have possesses excellent research abilities. Handles time efficiently with a smart, intelligent and heads-down ability to complete projects. New Jersey Bar license, in good standing is needed. Should have 4-5 years of lawyer experience in real estate law, business law, and/or estate planning law in a law firm environment. Real Estate Law experience is preferred. Knows how to take a file and run with it and manage a matter. Completes checklists provided and follows systems and procedures. Personable and gets along well with others. Takes pride in serving clients efficiently and thoroughly. Should Possesses a deep, real-world understanding of contracts, bank and loan documents, balance sheets, real estate closings, and corporate agreements.
