Employment Law Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Prepare records, review and prepare exhibits, and trial preparation. Compile, analyze and summarize data. Assemble chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents. Review, analyze, and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants. Conduct investigative research on opposing parties and expert witnesses. Manage documents and organize case files. Other duties will be assigned.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Must have a Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience. Florida Registered Paralegal preferred. 3+ years' litigation paralegal experience in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual-Spanish a plus. Must have experience preparing records, assembling exhibits, pleadings, summarizing transcripts, discovery, and trial preparation required. Experience drafting and responding to standard discovery demands (interrogatories, requests to produce documents, etc.). Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems. Proficient with Florida E-Fling portals and procedures. Proficient with Federal CMECF filing portals and procedures. Superior client experience skills. Clear and effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily. Must be able to prioritize multiple cases within a fast-paced work environment. Must be able to working independently. Must be organized.
