Associate General Counsel The candidate will work for a company that is a market leader in its industry. Will gain a wide breadth of experience in a supportive environment and will play an integral role in the day-to-day needs of the legal team, as well as the Company’s business associates. Provide guidance related to commercial contracts to assure legal and operational compliance, adherence to contract guidelines and mitigation of risk. Additionally, work closely with the in-house operations team and management and sales associates on diverse subject matters, including commercial issues and regulatory compliance. Also responsible for preparing, analyzing, negotiating and revising contracts in close coordination with firm's General Counsel and other staff members; and handling various legal and corporate matters that arise during the course of the business operations of firm's and its affiliates. Work directly with firm's General Counsel on all legal matters. Work with Contracts Administrator on the drafting, review, and organization of all company agreements. Follow up with partners and vendors on the execution and delivery of agreements and other paperwork. Interact with outside consultants including insurance, legal, and data. Perform various research assignments. Work closely with various departments on various legal and corporate matters, including transportation, staffing, lodging, operations, ticketing, and finance. Serve as on-site legal representative if and as needed on large events (travel required). Should have Juris Doctorate degree from nationally accredited law school. Must be Member in good standing of Pennsylvania Bar or other U.S. state Bar. 2 years of experience preferred. Experience in the music or sports industry preferred.
