Employment Litigation Attorney
The candidate will perform legal research; draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, employee handbooks, policies, and pleadings; argue motions; take and defend depositions; manage cases with limited direct oversight; attend court conferences; handle discovery-related activities and investigations. Must have a Juris Doctor degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience; superior oral advocacy, analytical and writing skills; strong Commitment to Client Services. Graduate of top law school and member of Law Review is a plus. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
