Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. Must have extensive civil litigation experience. Must have high attention to detail, perseverance and great work ethic, personable with clients, team player, organized, paralegal skills/training, and typing skills at minimum 60 wpm. Position will include preparing documents for filing with court, assistance drafting court papers, legal research, e-filing (both state and federal), and discovery support. Must be able to use new technology in the work environment and have strong computer proficiency on email, word processing, case management systems, and spreadsheets. Advanced computer skills would be ideal.

"A Slow Moving Struggle"

If it is at all possible the possibly of making the work less of a slog would improve the lives of everyone that does it.

Pros : You can work at your own pace here as long as you get your work done before the deadline. No one will bother you.
Cons : The work is often slow and exhausting with no way to really improve that. You just have to slog your way through it.
