Profile

Corporate Counsel
The candidate serves as primary lawyer for assigned business units conducting operations in North America. Conducts and directs complex negotiations for a broad spectrum of matters. Drafts, negotiates, and finalizes a wide variety of commercial agreements. Coordinates with European colleagues in negotiating international commercial agreements. Assist with additional tasks and projects as required, including mergers and acquisitions and other significant business transactions. Must have JD degree and membership in good standing in one State Bar. Should have 5+ years of recent experience focused on commercial transactions, either in-house or at a reputable law firm. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency a plus). Experience in bankruptcy, technology development, trade/customs, or logistics pis desired. Experienced user of Microsoft Office; experience using Google Suite and contract management software is helpful.
