Principal Contract Administrator The candidate will prepare, negotiate and manage complex proposals and contracts across domestic and international environments. Collaboration with the Program Office, Finance, Business Development and Export teams. Provide guidance to program and proposal teams on contractual matters, including protection of intellectual property. Gather, interpret, analyze and action information to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, legal, regulatory and customer requirements. Administration of contracts including working with Oracle-based systems and closeouts of U.S. government contracts and closeouts of U.S. government contracts. Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or 12 years of related experience in lieu of degree is essential. Should have extensive experience of proposing and managing U.S. government contracts, including via primes. Must have experience to include working TINA-compliant proposals and a variety of contract types, including fixed and cost-type contracts. FAR/DFARS knowledge and experience is essential. National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) status is essential. Paralegal or legal qualifications and experience is needed. Should have Foreign language skills.
