Litigation - General (consumer)
Min 5 yrs required
Litigation Specialist Duties: Supports the office of general counsel and the eDiscovery team by providing litigation expertise and support in all aspects of litigated matters, subpoena requests, and governmental agency inquiries. Participates in litigation matters and department projects, including due diligence, data collection, review and production. Gathers, analyzes and completes documentation related to litigation, subpoenas, and governmental inquires. Assists with identifying potential processes and/or department specific tasks, and assists with strategies to mitigate or resolve them. Assists in the development, maintenance, and revision of policies and procedures. Responds to inquiries from internal and external contacts. Reviews, checks and/or directs the work of department staff. Assists in coordinating and managing outside counsel. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Associate's Degree in paralegal studies or equivalent combination of education/related experience Required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred. 5 years' related experience preferred.
