Administrative Law Judge III Duties : Preside over contested case proceedings under the firm’s APA, from the issuance of the Notice of Hearing through the final resolution of the case by informal disposition, dismissal, or final order. Must ensure that each case record demonstrates a full and fair inquiry into the facts necessary for consideration of all legal issues properly before the Forum, and must draft and issue timely and legally sound interim, proposed, and final orders.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification : Must have Graduation from an accredited law school with an LL.B. or J.D. degree; AND Current active or inactive membership and good standing with the Bar of any state or federal jurisdiction; AND 3+ years of experience presiding over or representing participants in administrative contested case hearings or as a trial lawyer or judge in civil or criminal court proceedings. Preference may be given to candidates who have experience in wage and hour, civil rights, employment or administrative law Application Deadline: 05/30/2019.
