Paralegal - Contracts Administration Note: This is a contract assignment. The candidate prepares contracts from standard templates and reviews customer changes and documentation by leveraging internal policies and toolkits, as well as personal experience and legal knowledge. Ensures appropriate contract authorization and obtains approvals for customer changes. Drafts contract amendments. Analyzes existing agreements to determine required action. Proof reads legal documents for sense, consistency, logical order, grammar, typographical errors. Cross references customer contracts and redlines and checks for adherence to templates, policies and toolkits, including formatting and preparing documents for signature. Negotiates standard terms with customersâ€™ contracting officers. Manages the sales contracting process by coordinating as needed with sales management, sales representatives, other sales operations staff, legal, finance, risk management, and other internal stakeholders. Maintains and organizes legal records, files, and correspondence using applicable systems and databases. Maintains contract database in CRM as reference point for all customer contracts. Must have University degree or equivalent experience. Should have 3-5 years of paralegal training, experience and/or other legal training. Experience in software and digital content licensing is preferred. Experience contracting with government entities as well as with state and federally funded healthcare systems, universities and other agencies is a plus.
