Life Sciences Operations, Marketing and Business Development Supervising Associate The candidate will provide critical support for a large and growing business within Parthenon-firm. Will primarily include project and documentation management and analysis across the life sciences practice. Touch several parts of the business operations including the engagement life cycle and coordination with our independence team. Work with moderate guidance and have limited decision-making authority. Report to the Life Sciences Sector Director and will work closely with other partners and case team leaders in the practice. Maintain projects, and regularly review these against established milestones and targets. Follow up on action items, by tracking progress against deadlines. Work with Finance on reporting for account(s), and actively maintain sales pipelines in the Status Tracking and Reporting System (InterAction) database Create and manage a project start-up process (documentation, filing, status updates, etc.). Daily communications with Partners in the Practice along with other stakeholders Key areas of project management include: the engagement lifecycle, coordination with the firm independence team and project managing all aspects of the initiation of cases. Provide project/program management on less complex projects, and help with larger projects. Respond to the needs of managers, sponsors and stakeholders, escalating issues to your project manager/supervisor/sponsor as appropriate. Identify alternative approaches. Manage projects, creating and implementing timelines for project deliverables. Assign and follow-up on tasks, and manage sponsor/customer expectations. Complete industry and competitive analysis Understand the firm's business, organizational structure and operations. Use sound judgment and consistency in measuring results.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Should have 5-7 years of related job experience. Paralegal or legal services experience is preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to details. English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication is essential. Strong analytical skills, to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues is essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have knowledge of project management practices and tools. Demonstrated interest in life science is preferred.
