We are seeking an attorney to enforce the rights of employee benefit funds to collect delinquent contributions and withdrawal liability payments from employers. The work includes tracking claims, communicating with debtors, searching for assets, perfecting the creditors’ interests, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for litigation. The attorney will be supervised by other attorneys at the firm.
Flexible hours available and the work may be done remotely until Q3-2021 due to COVID. The firm provides competitive compensation and generous benefits. The firm is committed to the training and the professional development of its attorneys.
The firm also is committed to increasing the diversity of our attorneys and staff—we believe that diversity, including racial diversity, reflects our values and improves the quality of our work—and we strongly encourage applications from Black and indigenous persons and people of color, from persons identifying as LBGTQ+, and from persons with disabilities.
