We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, with the ability to provide sound legal advice and representation to our clients. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the law while advocating for our clients' best interests. Duties -:Provide legal counsel and representation in various areas of law, including but not limited to litigation, contracts, and thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and strategy , review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials regarding case developments and legal for court appearances by organizing case files, evidence, and witness updated on changes in legislation and case law that may impact client interests or legal practice. SkillsProficient in legal research tools such as negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for research abilities to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal in legal drafting techniques to create enforceable contracts and agreements.
