ProfileTemporary Corporate Paralegal The candidate will be organizing materials for board and committee meetings. Will be preparing, editing, organizing, and maintaining the minutes of such meetings. Preparing corporate resolutions, regulatory filings, and other documents. Collecting and organizing data into clear and effective presentations. Overseeing and maintaining records of a multi-stage document review and approval process. Serving as a department's records custodian. Maintaining documents, books and records in accordance with a document retention policy. Bachelor's degree is needed. Paralegal certificate is advantageous. Should have 8-12 years of experience as a corporate paralegal. Must have 4-6 years in an in-house corporate law department. Prior exposure to financial institution is needed. Excellent communication skill is needed. Proficiency with computer platforms and application is advantageous.
