Corporate – Senior Attorney (M&A)
The candidate should have experience with private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters. Experience with private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions and private securities offerings is a plus. Portable business is a plus but is not required. Expect to contribute to the exceptional service our clients expect.
