Contracts and Licensing Coordinator The candidate under the general direction of Counsel, this position will focus on both contracts and licensing administration. Prepare, monitor and track all new and renewal state and federal license applications for centers in assigned state(s). Interface with state and federal regulatory agencies to include to: CMS, DOL, and DOH. Establishes and manages files for centers including organizing all documents related to business licensure and compliance regulations. Draft and obtain approval on all provider agreements. Maintain electronic contract management database. Assist with special projects and assignments as directed. Should have experience in a fast-paced office setting handling a high volume of administrative work. Must be proficient working in Microsoft Excel. Previous experience drafting contracts preferred. Experience working with healthcare regulatory agencies is a plus. Should have Bachelorsâ€™ Degree from an accredited college or university. Paralegal Certification + 2 yearsâ€™ experience is required. Must have 3 years directly relevant experience.
