Review:

"I love the firm, after working at two others"

Current Employee - Reviewed on April 25, 2018

Keep your finger on the pulse of staff. Be sure they are happy, and the same is true with junior lawyers. Love that you reward entrepreneurs.

Pros : I started as an associate at a large law firm. Was there and made partner. It was not a nice place but I refused to quit. I am now at Fisher Phillips as a woman partner. Respectful, smart, lots of women, and we care. I love it. I haven’t been here long but I couldn’t be happier, nor could the crew I brought, and as law firms go this one is exceptional, so far. Law firms are all about the people. The people here are awesome.
Cons : It is a big firm with lots of systems. That is the trade off. Like all big firms you have to learn their systems and how to accomplish things
