Law Firm Seeks Corporate Associate in Northwest Arkansas

Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate transaction documents for real estate, business, mergers, and asset purchases
- Prepare and review loan and security documents
- Conduct due diligence for financing transactions
- Advise and counsel clients on real estate matters, including sales transactions and disputes
- Manage regulatory and compliance services
- Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff
- Work as part of a transaction team

Qualifications:

Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organization and matter management skills
- Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with others

Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Currently admitted to practice in Arkansas or able to be admitted within one year
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate transactional matters preferred
