Job Overview:

Duties:
- Represent clients in National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings, including union elections and representation hearings.
- Manage arbitration cases, grievance processes, and collective bargaining negotiations.
- Advise on positive employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
- Draft and negotiate labor contracts and related agreements.
- Provide legal counsel on union-related matters and labor strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of traditional labor law experience.
- Proven expertise in management-side labor relations or experience with the NLRB.
- Strong skills in legal writing, oral advocacy, and strategic problem-solving.
- Active law license in New York or eligibility for admission to the New York Bar.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission.
