Duties:

  • Represent clients in National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings, including union elections and representation hearings.
  • Manage arbitration cases, grievance processes, and collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Advise on positive employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
  • Draft and negotiate labor contracts and related agreements.
  • Provide legal counsel on union-related matters and labor strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of traditional labor law experience.
  • Proven expertise in management-side labor relations or experience with the NLRB.
  • Strong skills in legal writing, oral advocacy, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Active law license in New York or eligibility for admission to the New York Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission.
