Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate non-equity partner (director) level with 7+ years of law firm experience. The candidate should have broad based and sophisticated corporate and M&A experience coupled and a growing book of business at the $200,000+ level or a demonstrated ability to handle clients and a desire to bring in new business. Must preferably have advanced transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents (including M&A agreements and/or related ancillary documents), LLC/shareholder agreements, and commercial agreements. Should have experience leading M&A projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, and an ability to manage a legal team. Experience in advising clients on a variety of general corporate matters is strongly preferred. Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
