Junior Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for the legal assistant duties like meet/greet clients and guests, typing, scheduling, filing, answering phones, assisting attorneys in the proofreading and preparation of documents, data entry, organizing client files and other administrative work and support.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Experience in a law firm required. Should have experience in Massachusetts probate and trust administration, estate planning, Probate Court pleadings and accountings. The position will require the ability to function independently and handle all aspects of probate and trust administration proceedings from start to finish. Must be personable and possess exceptional organizational and clerical skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, a strong work ethic, and a high level of professionalism in his/her interactions with others. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and computer literacy are required. Must be able to work accurately under pressure with changing work demands, and be team-oriented with the ability to also work independently.
