Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or a 2 year degree (BA or BS degree is preferred). Litigation experience strongly preferred. Additional requirements include organizational skills, professionalism, working well in a team environment, efficiency and accuracy. Job duties include, but are not limited to standard paralegal activities such as drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, maintaining files, document review and assembly, and assisting with trial preparation. Other duties will be assigned as needed. May also be asked to do other administrative tasks, such as data entry, computer research, telephone contact, handling mail, and filing.
