Wilmington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks business bankruptcy attorney with 8+ years of experience. The candidate will serve in the representation of Debtors, Official and Unofficial Committees, creditors and other parties in business bankruptcy matters. Will serve in motion practice in Bankruptcy Court, including researching, drafting and analyzing motions, preparing objections and briefs, and assisting in hearings on contested matters as well as omnibus hearings. Adversary proceedings, including pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and trial preparation. Participating at trial, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits. Experience with the Delaware Chancery Court is beneficial. Admission to Delaware is required.
