Associate Attorney (Corporate)
The candidate should have 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following: corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and business law and general corporate matters. Must have experience in preparing stock and asset purchase agreements, private placement memoranda and SEC registrations. Must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Must also have experience working in the corporate/business/securities group of a large law firm and be a member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state.
