Current Employee - Reviewed on September 02, 2017

Management should invest in new computers and servers. This would not only increase the productivity of the staff but also the safety of their clients' information and records.

Pros : An important factor in being successful here is the ability to network. While at the firm, I was able to network with various people in multiple fields that I would not have been exposed to normally. I made and retained important contacts that have been very beneficial in my career.
Cons : The firm desperately needs to update their technology and IT department. The computers are subpar and outdated. Unfortunately, many of them don't work, which was somewhat frustrating.
