Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will assume meaningful responsibility for labor and employment-related counseling, investigations, transactional and litigation matters, including issues involving hiring and separation, wage and hour, due diligence for corporate matters, EEO, non-compete and trade secrets, employment policies and agreements, union-related issues, executive and incentive compensation, disability-related issues, OSHA compliance, and any other labor and employment law issues. Must have significant labor and employment law experience. Significant traditional labor experience (i.e., experience dealing with unions, collective bargaining, NLRB matters, labor arbitrations, etc.) is essential. Should have extensive experience and responsibility in a broad base of labor and employment issues. Must be admitted to the Bar in Illinois or preparing to obtain such admission in 2021 through reciprocity with another state.
