Assistant - Litigation Candidate will provide secretarial and administrative assistance to attorneys and/or paraprofessionals in the daily operation of practicing law by providing quality work product for clients; performing executive assistant duties through the performance of complex secretarial and clerical-related tasks; producing documents relating to specific functions and requirements as set forth within the litigation practice group using firm standard software. Responsibilities will include creating and formatting litigation briefs for filing; providing document production services, including styling and formatting of litigation documents; filing briefs using e-filing system; scheduling appointments and making arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel; and performing administrative duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent, 5-7 years litigation or high-level executive secretarial experience and familiarity with litigation, research tools and publications. Specialized or technology training beyond high school is desired.
