McKenna, McCausland & Murphy, P.A. has an immediate opportunity available for a qualified candidate looking to re-shape his/her career.  We are a well-established litigation firm seeking an attorney with 2 to 7 years of general litigation experience to help us serve some of the nation's largest and most succesful real estate companies. You will manage your own caseload and work collectively with other Firm attorneys.  We're searching for that self-motivated and organized someone who possesses excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. The candidate should have outstanding written work product and research skills, experience with written and electronic discovery, deposition experience, and the ability to organize and handle evidentiary hearings.  A commitment to exceptional  service for our exceptional clients is a must for the right candidate.

We are a smaller firm and you will be an important part of our team. We offer a collaborative and "balanced-life" approach to our practice, including the ability to either work remotely or at our Ft. Lauderdale office across from the beach, a modest billable hour requirement, and a willingness to help you develop your own book of business.  Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. Our compensation package includes base salary plus bonus compensation for production and performance. We offer a generous benefits package including health insurance and paid time off. We also pay for continuing legal education, bar dues, and some approved voluntary bar memberships.

If the above opportunity seems like a great fit for you, email your resume and cover letter in PDF format to The subject line of the email should read "ATTORNEY CANDIDATE:" followed by your name.  Please do NOT follow up by email or phone call unless asked.  We look forward to reviewing your application.
