Job Title: Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A leading law firm in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with national and international clients on a variety of corporate transactions, focusing on private equity portfolio management and operations. Duties:

• Manage corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, within private equity portfolios.
• Handle the day-to-day legal operations of private equity companies.
• Collaborate with a national and international legal team on complex corporate matters.
• Provide exceptional legal counsel and advice to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant corporate laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents related to private equity transactions.
• Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs across different time zones.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of private equity legal experience, particularly in corporate transactions.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal expertise.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in good standing.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, or eligible to waive into the Pennsylvania Bar.

Skills:
